We had the most incredible wedding day !! truly beyond anything we could have imagined! So many of our guests came up to us to say it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Every single detail was exactly how we planned, and that’s all thanks to Hendra and his amazing team. Hendra was absolutely spotless when it came to communication, organisation, and commitment. He was always on point, from the smallest details to the biggest moments! everything ran perfectly!!! Hendra would reply to my messages late at night or even on weekends, and sometimes I’d tell him off for it! But that just shows his dedication. He was always there, calm, reassuring, and ready to handle anything. We only met the team on the wedding day, but each of us had our own personal assistant who looked after us from start to finish. They were so professional, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. I could really feel the energy and passion from the entire crew on the wedding day. They were fully focused, giving everything they had to make sure it was flawless. I can’t describe how much weight that took off my shoulders! (This is for sure what every single Bride expect) I just had this incredible sense that everything would be fine because they were so ready to smash it! I actually remember telling them to relax at one point because they were working so hard. That’s how much they cared, and it made me feel so calm and confident that everything was going to be perfect! If you’re looking for someone who will not only plan your wedding but pour their heart into it, Hendra is your person!!! I can’t recommend him and his team enough! they are truly the best in the business. Because of them, we had the most magical, joyful, and unforgettable day of our lives!!!

From the moment that I started communicating with Hendra from Bali Vibes Weddings, he made it so easy and stress free (being in Australia and organising a wedding in Bali). Every question I asked was answered promptly, all of my ideas and wants were brought to life on our wedding. Hendra offered a number or suppliers details so I could decide who I wanted to use. All of which were amazing. Our wedding day was everything we wanted; Hendra and his team created our very own Bali Fairytale wedding. Hendra and his team planned and executed the perfect wedding for us. Being based in the UK with our family spread across Australasia, planning a 60-person wedding in Bali would have been a nightmare without them. Hendra listened carefully throughout the process and completely understood our vision and the priorities in terms of budget. The planning process was so easy, and largely consisted of us making decisions here and there to spread the load across the year so nothing ever felt too stressful, even leading up to the day itself. The wedding day itself was more perfect than we could have imagined, and suited us so much. We wanted something that looked chic and effortless while still being laid back and fun, and we got exactly that. Having the team coordinate things on the day meant we could be fully present for every part and enjoy the day (and the party!). I even had an incredible assistant on hand all day to help with whatever was necessary. She thought of everything - even having a handheld fan ready to give us straight after the ceremony to help us cool down. Our friends and family have told us this was the most enjoyable wedding they’ve ever been to, and that is truly thanks to Bali Vibes Weddings who managed the entire process and were so good natured and enthusiastic about everything. From the very beginning, they stood out—after contacting several wedding planners, Pak Hendra was the first to respond promptly to all of our inquiries. That first impression only grew stronger as the planning continued. Despite the distance (we live in Qatar and the wedding was in Bali), they turned our dream wedding into reality with such dedication and professionalism. We only met them once in person before the wedding, but throughout the entire planning process, it felt like we had known them forever. They were always warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. Their hospitality was unmatched—from their constant communication, thoughtful updates, and flexibility with our schedule and time zone, to how they made us feel heard and supported every step of the way. Even with our demanding work lives, they kept in touch daily, always taking the time to brief us thoroughly about vendors and options. They were attentive to even the smallest details, and we could see how much heart they put into making everything perfect. On the big day, their warmth truly shone through. Not only was the event stunningly executed, but each of our family members had their own personal assistant—something we never expected! It made everyone feel so taken care of. As the bride and groom, we were completely at ease, just enjoying the day stress-free while the team handled everything behind the scenes. It was far from any stressful wedding movie scene—instead, it felt like a beautifully orchestrated celebration where all we had to do was smile and soak it all in. The food, venue, decorations, and organization were top notch. All of our family members and close friends were amazed by how seamless and heartfelt the whole experience was. We had our wedding in The Surga Villa, Bali in Sep 2024 and it was the most memorable day of our lives. We got to enjoy the day and hang out with our friends and family without any worry of the setup, logistics, or timelines. This was largely thanks to the care of Hendra and his team from Bali Vibes! Hendra was clear and timely in all communication, coordinated with our vendors and made sure everything was in order for our big day. What can we say, Hendra and the team from Bali Vibes were absolutely incredible. Hendra planned our wedding in July this year and from the moment we started communicating we knew we had made the right choice in picking Hendra to be our wedding planner.
